1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Al-Hajjaj Family app, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Eligibility

This app is intended for members of the specific Al-Hajjaj family. No one under the age of 13 may create an account or use the app directly. Parents/guardians may add their minor children's information as members of the tree.

3. Your Account

Your identity is verified via your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and not sharing your verification code with anyone else.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

• Not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Respect the privacy of other family members
• Not post offensive, inappropriate, or family-value-violating content
• Not attempt unauthorized access to other members' accounts or data
• Not impersonate another family member when registering

5. Content You Upload

When you upload a photo or information about a family member (including those not yet registered in the app), you confirm that you have sufficient right or permission to share that content, and you grant the app a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app to authorized family members only.

6. Admin Role

App administrators retain the authority to review join requests, link phone numbers to tree members, remove content that violates these terms, or suspend any account that is misused.

7. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via the Delete Account page within the app. See the Privacy Policy for the deletion timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep tree data accurate, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of information entered by users, or for any family disputes related to tree content. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the app.
